Job Brief
We are currently hiring a Learning & Development Manager to lead the learning and development function with the aim of identifying skill gaps among employees and creating plans to bridge these gaps so that organization objectives are met.
Main Responsibilities of Learning and Development Manager
Your main responsibilities will include :
- Conduct organizational needs analysis and create training plans to ensure that all employees have the required competencies to excel in their roles.
- Helping the Company meet its objectives by developing & implementing high impact experiential learning & development programs in line with business needs and priorities.
- Establish strong partnerships with the business to gain a strong understanding of current business issues and opportunities, as related to learning and development.
- Defining and leading projects focused on continuous improvement of behaviours, processes and culture.
- Have / ready to build a strong pool of freelancers (Trainers, Speakers, Coaches, Mentors etc)
- Reviewing and revising course materials to ensure they are in line with operating processes, procedures and systems.
- Collating feedback on completed training to evaluate and measure results and make improvements where required.
- Conduct TTT workshops to ensure training scalability and effectiveness of l&d within the company.
- Sourcing and recommending vendors and other external partners to design, develop, and / or deliver learning solutions where applicable.
- Managing the Learning & Development budget.
- Prepare and implement learning strategies and programs
- Deploy different kinds of learning methods companywide٫ such as coaching٫ job-shadowing٫ online training and so on
- Driving eLearning in the organization with scaling up the digitization and automation of learning for the business
- Create and monitor the development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities
Background :
1. 3-7 years of relevant experience
2. Master’s Business Administration (HR) / Psychology / Social Science
3. Certified in any professional trainer course
4. Good knowledge of the latest Learning & Developments trends & software.
5. Strong communication and negotiation skills٫ with a good ability to build relations with employees and vendors
6. Strong organizational skills with business-oriented thinking
7. OD Trainings if conducted (will be a plus point)
8. Prior experience of driving culture through training (will be a plus point)
