Role Summary

Location : Remote / Hybrid

Engagement : Full-Time

We’re looking for a Full-Stack-turned-AI Automation Tech Lead having 7+ years of experience and a strong React + Node.Js background who has grown into building data pipelines, automation workflows, and AI-powered systems. You will architect and build complex automation workflows (for example, using n8n + Node.Js ), integrate AI models, and guide a team through technical decisions and problem-solving. Someone who started in full-stack development but now wants to lead AI automation projects end-to-end can be a good git for this role.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders to define technical requirements and workflow architectures.
• Lead the design and development of data extraction, transformation, and automation pipelines.
• Build custom logic, APIs, and custom n8n nodes using Node.Js / TypeScript .
• Build lightweight internal tools / dashboards using React .
• Integrate AI / LLM services into workflows for classification, parsing, validation, etc.
• Troubleshoot workflow issues and guide developers with hands-on technical expertise.
• Deploy, monitor, and scale workflows on cloud platforms.
