Overview :
We are seeking a seasoned professional with extensive experience in inside sales and customer service to lead and strengthen our B2B travel partnerships. In this role, you will be responsible for managing high-value travel agent relationships, driving revenue growth, mentoring junior team members, and ensuring exceptional service delivery across our product portfolio. This position requires a blend of strategic sales acumen, leadership capability, and deep industry expertise.
Roles & Responsibilities :
Strategic Account Management : Build, nurture, and expand long-term relationships with key travel agents and partners, driving business growth and retention.
Sales Leadership : Apply consultative and solution-driven sales strategies to consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets across flights, hotels, and ancillary services.
Team Mentorship : Guide and mentor junior Inside Sales & Service Consultants to enhance productivity, sales performance, and service excellence.
Escalation Handling : Act as the senior escalation point for critical issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution with professionalism.
Collaboration & Strategy : Work closely with sales leadership to design and implement growth strategies, account plans, and promotional campaigns.
Market Intelligence : Stay abreast of evolving travel industry trends, competitor offerings, and GDS technology updates to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
CRM & Reporting : Ensure accurate and timely reporting of all sales activities, pipeline status, and agent interactions within the CRM system.
Customer Experience Excellence : Consistently elevate the service experience by anticipating partner needs and delivering proactive solutions
Desired Skills :
7–10 years of progressive experience in B2B Inside Sales / Customer Service within the Travel & Tourism industry.
Demonstrated success in achieving and surpassing sales and revenue targets.
Expertise in managing high-value accounts and fostering long-term business relationships.
Strong leadership and mentoring skills with proven ability to guide and develop teams.
In-depth knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, etc.) and B2B booking platforms.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Strong business acumen with the ability to align client needs with organizational goals.
Self-motivated, performance-driven, and adaptable to fast-paced, dynamic business environments.
