About the Client : A leading MSO & broadband service provider in India

We are hiring on behalf of our esteemed client—one of India’s leading Multi-System Operators (MSO) and broadband service providers . They are looking for a seasoned Lead Oracle Fusion Financials Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) to join their team.

About the Role This position is ideal for professionals who excel in on-site, client-facing environments, especially in non-IT industry setups , and have successfully led end-to-end Oracle Fusion Financials implementations .

Key Responsibilities Act as the SME for Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials , with deep hands-on expertise in AP & AR

Conduct business process analysis, requirement gathering, and Fit-Gap Analysis

Configure, test, and support AP, AR, and related modules (GL, CM, Procurement, P2P, OM)

Work with technical teams on RICE components through detailed functional design specs

Liaise between finance teams and project stakeholders throughout implementation

Lead CRPs, UAT cycles, and drive effective stakeholder communication

Conduct end-user training and prepare SOPs / training materials

Manage full Go-Live activities including cut-over planning and data migration (FBDI / ADFdi)

Handle post-Go-Live production support including critical P1 / P2 issues

Ensure continuous system improvement and operational stabilization

⭐ Required Skills & Qualifications 4+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Financials

Mandatory hands-on implementation expertise in AP & AR

Experience as a core consultant in at least two full-cycle Oracle Fusion implementations

Proven on-site experience in non-IT industry client environments

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related field
