Lead - Program Management

Job Description :

Program Leadership : Lead the end-to-end strategy, design, and execution of the Vision Centre Program across multiple regions.

Operations & Implementation : Oversee program rollout, ensure adherence to clinical & operational protocols, and drive quality improvements across Vision Centers.

Partnership Management : Build and manage relationships with government bodies, hospitals, NGOs, donors, and local stakeholders to strengthen program outcomes.

Monitoring & Evaluation : Lead data-driven performance tracking, MIS review, field visits, and course corrections to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Team Management : Manage program teams—including coordinators, field staff, and technical partners—and ensure capacity building and performance oversight.

Financial Oversight : Support budgeting, forecasting, resource allocation, vendor management, and utilization planning for sustainable program growth.

Strategic Planning : Contribute to scaling strategy, innovation opportunities, community outreach models, and long-term program sustainability.

Job Requirements :

10–15 years’ experience in public health program management, healthcare delivery, community health, or large-scale development programs.

Strong experience in program implementation, field operations, stakeholder coordination, and team leadership.

Ability to manage multi-location operations with budgets, M&E systems, and donor / stakeholder reporting.

Strong communication, relationship-building, and analytical skills.

Experience working with government health systems, hospitals, or eye-care programs is a plus.
