Job Description

Swift Timing General IST (10 AM to 7PM)

• Design and implement ServiceNow integrations using REST / SOAP APIs and scripted APIs.
• Develop and configure Flow Designer workflows for automation and process orchestration.
• Ensure seamless integration between ServiceNow and external systems leveraging Integration Hub and MID Server .
• Build and maintain orchestration workflows for automated tasks across platforms.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable integration solutions.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and optimize performance for high availability and reliability.
