Job Description :

We are hiring a Senior Associate for the Real Estate practice of a leading Tier 1 law firm in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in real estate transactions, land due diligence, and title verification, with a sound understanding of local laws and regulations in Karnataka. Proficiency in Kannada is essential for effective client and document handling.

Key Responsibilities :

Conducting title due diligence and drafting title reports

Advising on land acquisition, joint development, and lease transactions

Drafting and vetting conveyance documents, lease deeds, MoUs, and sale agreements

Liaising with clients, local authorities, and government departments

Providing legal opinions and advisory on land laws and real estate compliance

Supporting litigation and dispute resolution teams as required

Requirements :

LL.B. degree from a reputed institution

4–6 years of post-qualification experience in real estate law

Prior experience in a reputed law firm or real estate-focused practice

Strong command over Kannada (written and spoken)

Excellent communication, drafting, and client-handling skills
