Job descriptionA genuine passion for YouTube and digital storytelling Strong communication and visual storytelling skills Familiarity with YouTube Studio, Shorts, and content trends Basic to intermediate video editing (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar) Self-starter attitude with creativity and consistency Bonus) On-camera presence or willingness to appear on screen Creative freedom and room to experiment Opportunity to grow a channel from scratch or scale an existing one Exposure to cross-functional content teams and digital marketing
Are you someone who thinks in video frames, lives for storytelling, and knows what hooks an audience in the first 5 seconds? We’re looking for a passionate YouTube Content Creator to develop compelling video content that informs, entertains, and builds a loyal community.
Responsibilities :
- Ideate, script, shoot, and edit original YouTube videos aligned with our brand voice
- Research trending topics, formats, and creators to stay ahead of the curve
- Optimize videos for reach—thumbnails, titles, SEO, and retention strategies
- Collaborate with design, marketing, and social teams for cross-platform visibility
- Monitor performance analytics and continuously improve content strategies
- Engage with the audience through comments, polls, and community posts
