Lead Frontend Engineer - HTML5 / CSS3

We are looking for a Lead Frontend Engineer with strong expertise in React.js and JavaScript to lead and mentor a team of frontend developers.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for architecting, designing, and building scalable, high-performance web applications while ensuring best practices in code quality, UI / UX, and performance.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead, mentor, and guide a team of frontend developers in delivering high-quality web applications.
• Own the design and development of scalable, reusable, and maintainable front-end components using React.js, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Establish and enforce coding standards, best practices, and performance optimizations.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality across the team.
• Drive adoption of new technologies, tools, and frameworks to improve development efficiency.
• Manage project timelines, technical debt, and provide technical leadership in architecture discussions.
• Ensure applications are optimized for speed, scalability, and cross-browser / device compatibility.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in frontend development, React ecosystem, and JavaScript frameworks.
