We are seeking an experienced and energetic Manager – Member Relations to strengthen engagement with our Members while ensuring a seamless lifecycle experience—from onboarding to renewal to active participation. This role is ideal for someone who is relationship-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable interacting with senior entrepreneurs, CXOs, investors, and ecosystem leaders.
Key Responsibilities
1. Member Engagement & Relationship Management
- Build strong, trusted relationships with Charter Members and Associate Members .
- Serve as the primary point of contact for member queries, support, and engagement.
- Engage members regularly to understand expectations, track involvement, and enhance satisfaction.
2. Member Onboarding & Renewals
Manage the complete onboarding process with professionalism and personalized attention.Drive timely renewals through structured communication and relationship-building.Maintain and update the CRM / member database with high standards of accuracy.3. Program & Event Coordination
Plan and execute high-quality programs for Charter Members, including networking dinners, TiE Talks, Leadership Series, and closed-door CM events.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure flawless event execution and experiential excellence.4. Communication & Content Development
Create compelling presentations, CM decks, membership collateral, and monthly updates.Draft member communication (emails, newsletters, announcements) with clarity and consistency.5. Executive & Board Support
Support Board of Directors and leadership meetings by preparing agendas, reports, and minutes.Assist in presenting membership analytics, engagement reports, and quarterly dashboards.6. Feedback & Insights
Conduct structured member feedback, analyze insights, and recommend improvements.Track membership metrics, engagement levels, and program participation across segments.7. Cross-Chapter & Ecosystem Collaboration
Coordinate with other TiE chapters for joint programs, membership exchanges, and global initiatives.Support partnerships with ecosystem bodies relevant to member needs.8. Data Management & Reporting
Maintain post-event reports, attendance records, and Member profiles.Publish quarterly member event calendars, ensuring early communication and coordination.Requirements
4–5 years of experience in member relations, client servicing, community management, corporate relations, or stakeholder engagement.Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.Excellent organizational abilities with strong attention to detail.Experience in handling memberships, stakeholder engagement, or community relations is preferred.Prior work with trade bodies, industry associations, entrepreneurial networks, or premium hospitality / HNI membership environments will be an added advantage.Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Spreadsheets, CRM tools , and data analytics.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced ecosystem.Prior exposure to the startup, entrepreneurial, or business association ecosystem is a strong advantage.What We’re Looking For
