Senior Director, Delivery and Market Expansion

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to spearhead our growth initiatives across new markets. This is a senior executive role designed for a visionary with a proven track record in presales, delivery, and strategic market expansion.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of technology, P&L management experience, excellent customer engagement and passion to grow.

Location : Bangalore / Chennai / Hyderabad / Noida

Key Responsibilities :

• Strong affinity to technology and respected in the industry as a Technology aligned delivery leader
• Proven experience of driving different types of programs / projects across staff-augmentation, fixed-price, capacity-based, Output and Outcome based models
• Lead and drive the growth strategy for our operations in newer markets.
• Oversee end-to-end presales, delivery, and client engagement processes to ensure scalable and profitable growth.
• Manage l arge P&L responsibilities, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded.
• Drive multiple delivery accounts to highest of customer satisfaction
• Build and lead high-performing teams across delivery
• Maintain a deep understanding of the markets, including customer needs, competitive landscape, and regulatory environment.
• Collaborate with global leadership to align regional strategies with overall corporate objectives.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop innovative solutions to meet market demands.
