Reviewing Inventory control mechanisms at regular interval & brainstorming on process upgradation at regular interval
Driving Batch size reduction project for Slow- & Non-Moving SKUs
Identification & Driving salvage plan for Non Moving RM / PM for LL Sites
KPI tracking & Reporting
Monthly KPI Tracking & Reporting the actual numbers along with actions to be taken
Monthly Supply gap tracking & Loss bifurcation in multiple buckets – Procurement, Distribution, Overselling etc.
Educational qualifications :
Bachelors in Engineering / Pharmacy followed by MBA in Supply chain & Ops Management.
Relevant experience :
Minimum 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain within the Pharma Industry with knowledge on industry regulations and framework with strong Interpersonal, collaborative and communication skills
