We’re looking for a Regional FP&A Leads — someone who can go beyond the spreadsheets, partner with business heads, and turn financial insights into meaningful strategic outcomes.

It’s an opportunity to work closely with regional leadership, influence P&L outcomes, and help shape the financial direction of one of India’s fastest-growing listed healthcare distribution companies.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze monthly MIS and other reports, share insights with management, and support data-driven decision-making.

Assist business heads with analysis of sales, margin performance, and entity-level results.

Study customer- and product-level sales to identify gaps and suggest corrective actions for improvement.

Drive business planning, budgeting, and forecasting for assigned entities.

Establish controls and manage working capital to ensure investments and days remain within head office parameters.

Collaborate with department heads to improve business efficiency and track performance metrics.

Analyze trends in key financial KPIs such as sales, gross profit, expenses, and working capital; identify root causes of variances.

Conduct product costing and assist in pricing decisions.

Lead performance measurement, ad-hoc business reporting, and profit centre / customer / product profitability analysis.

Develop financial models for scenario-based, what-if, and sensitivity analyses.

Evaluate capital budgeting proposals and ROI on key projects.

Drive process optimization and automation initiatives, particularly R2R process improvement.

Build intuitive dashboards and business intelligence tools for management reporting.

What We’re Looking For

Must have - A qualified

CA

or

MBA in Finance

with strong analytical and business partnering skills.

Shall be preferred - FP&A / Business Finance and / or Due diligence experience from

Big 4’s

Proven experience in FP&A, business finance - Excellent command over financial modeling, forecasting, and data-driven analysis.

Strategic thinker with the ability to influence business decisions through insights.
