Job Description Summary

As Senior Equipment & Advanced Technology Engineer you will lead the strategic identification design and deployment of automation solutions while partnering with global teams to transform manual processes across the addition to serving as a technical authority and change agent you will directly lead and develop a team of engineers focused on automation initiatives. This role requires substantial expertise in advanced automation technologies equipment integration cross-functional project leadership and team management to maximize operational efficiency productivity and safety.

Job Description

• Lead and develop a team of automation engineers providing direction mentorship and performance management to deliver high-impact automation projects.
• Champion organization-wide initiatives to assess prioritize and automate manual processes using advanced technologies.
• Develop and drive automation strategy aligning solutions with business objectives and future technology roadmaps.
• Evaluate select and oversee integration of state-of-the-art equipment robotics control systems and IoT solutions.
• Direct complex multi-site automation projects from concept through successful implementation ensuring delivery on scope schedule and budget.
• Engage with senior stakeholders across engineering operations IT safety and maintenance to ensure effective collaboration and adoption.
• Author and review technical documentation business cases and executive-level presentations.
• Oversee installation commissioning validation and continuous improvement of automation platforms.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment promoting knowledge sharing and professional development.
• Monitor automation KPIs drive data-driven decision making and ensure sustained value realization.
• Ensure all solutions comply with regulatory requirements industry standards and company policies.
