Accountant – Finance, Compliance & Reporting

Location : Noida Sector-3

Experience : 3–5 years (FinTech experience preferred)

Qualification : Semi-qualified CA or CA (preferred)

Compensation : 50K-75K per month | 6-9 LPA

EaseMyDeal is a fast-scaling fintech platform transforming how users engage with financial products. We’re seeking a detail-driven Accountant to join our finance team and work closely with the CFO. If you’re passionate about precision, compliance, and financial storytelling, this role offers deep exposure in a dynamic startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate books of accounts and general ledger integrity

Prepare financial reports, MIS dashboards, and support month-end closures

Manage budgeting, cost analysis, and financial forecasting

Oversee payroll processing, bank reconciliations, and AP / AR cycles

Ensure compliance with GST, taxation norms, and statutory regulations

Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline financial operations

Preferred Skill Set

Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, Zoho, or similar)

Strong understanding of financial reporting and compliance frameworks

Hands-on experience in budgeting, cost management, and financial analysis

Familiarity with GST, TDS, and statutory filings

Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Comfortable working on-site in a collaborative, fast-paced setup

Prior experience in FinTech or startup finance roles is a strong plus
