We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end hiring for a fast-paced and growing organization. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing skills, stakeholder management capability, and experience hiring across multiple functions and levels.

1. End-to-End Recruitment

• Manage the complete hiring lifecycle : requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and ensure timely closures.
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
