As we expand our Databricks practice, we’re looking for a versatile engineer who can design scalable data pipelines, build AI / ML models, and contribute to customer-facing solution discussions. This role blends technical excellence with business impact.

Role Overview

This role is ideal for someone who thrives across the stack—from data engineering workflows to AI / ML model deployment, and occasionally supporting pre-sales conversations. You’ll play a key role in building our Databricks-powered data platform, enabling advanced analytics, and integrating it seamlessly with our product ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Engineering o Architect and maintain scalable data pipelines using Python, Pandas, and Spark. o Leverage Databricks for ETL workflows, large-scale data processing, and analytics. o Design and implement storage solutions (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.). o Ensure smooth integration across systems using RESTful APIs.
• AI / ML Engineering o Build, train, and deploy ML models for predictive analytics and automation. o Collaborate with product teams to embed ML features into SaaS applications. o Optimize ML workflows for scalability and performance on Databricks. o Stay current with emerging AI / ML frameworks and best practices.
• Full Stack Development o Develop backend services and APIs in Python. o Build responsive frontend components using JavaScript and React. o Configure and manage web servers (e.G., Nginx) for performance and security.
• Cloud & Infrastructure o Deploy and maintain AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, S3, EC2). o Implement CI / CD pipelines and agile development practices.
• Pre-Sales & Business Enablement (Bonus)

o Support solution demos and technical discussions with prospective clients. o Translate technical capabilities into business value during pre-sales engagements. o Collaborate with sales and leadership to shape proposals and pitches.
