Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Research and Development Executive located in Pune. The responsibilities will include conducting innovative research in food science, developing new food products, performing sensory evaluations, and improving existing processes and technologies. The role entails close collaboration with cross-functional teams for implementing solutions and ensuring quality standards are maintained. The candidate will also monitor industry trends and contribute to advancing company strategies in research and development.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Sensory Evaluation to assess and refine the quality and appeal of food products
• Proven experience in Research and Development (R&D) and Research Development with a focus on innovation and problem-solving
• Proficiency in Food Technology and Food Science for developing and enhancing food products
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or related fields
• Ability to collaborate effectively in team settings and meet project deadlines
• Familiarity with industry regulations and food safety standards
