Roles and Responsibilities
- Understand and explain technical aspects of mechanical engineering products
- Provide technical support and communication to customers
- Work on application engineering and prepare offers / quotations
- Prepare, send, and follow up on quotations to secure customer orders.
- Work on the enquiry from a techno-commercial angle with support from the design team.
- Identify potential clients through lead generation activities such as cold calling, email campaigns, or social media outreach.
