Business Executive

A Business Development Executive (BDE) is responsible for identifying new business opportunities and driving company growth through sales and strategic partnerships. Key duties include market research, lead generation, building client relationships, and closing deals. BDEs also collaborate with internal teams like marketing and product development to create sales strategies and must consistently meet sales targets.

Core responsibilities

• Identify opportunities :  Conduct market research, network, and perform outreach to identify new leads and potential business opportunities.
• Build relationships :  Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Develop strategies :  Create and implement sales and business strategies to achieve company goals and revenue objectives.
• Sales and negotiations :  Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to secure new business.
• Collaborate internally :  Work with marketing, product development, and other internal teams to align on strategies and campaigns.
• Track performance :  Analyze market trends, monitor sales metrics, and prepare reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
