• Design and Implementation
• Ability to architect, implement, and manage Microsoft Intune solutions for enterprise-wide endpoint management. Skilled in developing and deploying MDM / MAM policies to ensure secure device and application control.
• Administration and Optimization
• Proficient in managing device enrollment, compliance policies, and configuration profiles across multiple platforms (Windows, iOS, Android, macOS). Capable of monitoring and optimizing Intune performance for scalability and reliability.
• Collaboration and Consultation
• Acts as a subject matter expert, providing technical guidance and mentorship to IT teams and stakeholders. Collaborates with security and business units to align endpoint management strategies with organizational goals.
• Troubleshooting and Support
• Strong ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Intune, including device enrollment, app deployment, and policy enforcement. Serves as an escalation point for complex endpoint management challenges.
• Documentation and Training
• Experienced in creating and maintaining detailed documentation for Intune configurations and best practices. Delivers training sessions and knowledge transfer to IT staff and end users effectively.
