Lead- Facade

Design Development and its control for timely execution of the facade works for assigned projects. Prepare

facade execution strategy and quality assurance plan & work in close cooperation with other skill groups that

prepare capital estimates and project schedules. On & off-site management during execution and installation.

Solving critical issues with site team, suppliers and fabricators. Planning of daily, weekly & Monthly site

activities and getting executed accordingly. Resolve issues in a pragmatic manner at the earliest opportunity, to

the maximum benefit of the business. Provide guidance and supervision to team members.

Manage the facade work involving design, review, selection and use of appropriate systems / materials, initiate

value engineering to meet the approved budget, develop tender documents- BOQ, Specifications and ensuring

the execution team in completion of the facade works in good quality.
