Job descriptionAct as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their business goals, challenges, and expectations. Translate client briefs into actionable plans for internal teams (creative, production, tech, media). Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring quality and timely delivery. Collaborate closely with creative directors, developers, and performance teams to deliver integrated solutions. Proactively identify upselling opportunities across creative, tech, and AI-based offerings. Present campaign strategies, reports, and performance insights to clients. Coordinate review and approval cycles with clients and internal stakeholders. Track campaign performance and share optimization recommendations. Ensure all work aligns with Ecultify’s quality standards and innovation ethos. 3–5 years of experience in account management / client servicing within a digital or creative agency. Strong understanding of digital marketing, content production, and campaign planning. Exposure to AI-driven, AR / VR, or tech-integrated campaigns is a strong plus. Excellent communication, presentation, and multitasking skills. Comfortable managing multiple projects and cross-functional teams. Self-starter with strong organizational and leadership skills. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. Work on cutting-edge Gen AI and creative tech projects for leading brands. Collaborate with in-house production (Cult Studio) and AI innovation teams. Flat, creative culture that values ideas and initiative. Exposure to national and global campaigns.
