Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Database Engineer who can manage, optimize and scale our core databases. The ideal candidate should have strong hands on expertise in MongoDB and SQL and should be comfortable working in a fast paced E-Commerce environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Strong SQL and MongoDB expertise including schema design and query optimization
• Build and maintain ETL and ELT pipelines
• Optimize database and data pipeline performance for cost and speed
• Work with relational databases such as MySQL and PostgreSQL and NoSQL databases such as MongoDB and Cassandra to manage and optimize large datasets
• Create and maintain database schemas, indexes and stored procedures
• Monitor database performance and tune queries to improve efficiency
• Implement backup, restore, and disaster recovery solutions
• Work closely with development teams to optimize data flow and application logic
• Ensure data integrity, security, and availability
• Troubleshoot database related issues in real time and provide quick resolutions
