What you will do :
- Candidate should have 0-6-month experience from customer service or sales industry.
- Excellent inter-personal / communication / analytical [written and verbal].
- 60% client servicing and 40% business development via emails, chats or calls.
- Confident of communicating with clients from international clients (neutral accent].
- Negotiation Skills, Planning and Time management skills are a must.
- Proficiency in MS office to prepare and maintain basic reports. Keen eye for details and good memory with respect to clients and reporting numbers.
- Should be proactive with a go-getter attitude with a technical bent of mind.
- Should be flexible to work for late evening hours.
