Business Head -Emerging Business (Technical Head)

Job Description :

• Project Planning & Strategy
• Develop and Implement project plans,
• Design Management
• Sound understanding of all facade systems (structural glazing, Stick curtainwall, spider glazing, Frameless & Freestanding glazing) along with different kinds of metal & Stone cladding, Glass Canopies.
• Develop bespoke facade solutions for complex architectural design to improve façade performance and aesthetics with value engineering
• Develop specification and detail design & drawings in coordination with architects / Consultants.
• Act as a primary point of contact for project stakeholder, including clients & Top management.
• Identify potential project risk and develop mitigation strategies.
• Adapt project plans as necessary to accommodate changes or unforeseen circumstances.
• Conduct Quality / Safety Audits, resolve potential safety issues during design & construction phase.
• Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and comply with organizational policies & regulations
• Familiar with local & international façade standards & codes.
• Budget & Resource Management
• Monitor project budget, controlling costs and ensuring financial accountability.
