Work mode : WFO

Notice period : Immediate to 60 days.

Responsibilities :

• Lead the implementation of HRMS / HRIS within the organization on a contract basis.
• Develop and manage the project plan and timeline for the implementation.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of the project.
• Ensure that the HRMS / HRIS is integrated with other relevant systems and applications.
• Good knowledge in Implementing HRMS modules Conduct testing, training, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the system is fully functional.
• Ensure that the HRMS / HRIS meets the organization's requirements and objectives.
• Communicate project progress and status updates to stakeholders and senior management.
• Provide support and guidance to end-users and resolve any issues that arise.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
