Job description

Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) Consultant with strong domain expertise in Wholesale and Retail Banking.

The ideal candidate will have a proven background in implementing Salesforce FSC solutions, integrating with complex financial ecosystems, and driving digital transformation initiatives within financial institutions.

This role requires both deep technical expertise in Salesforce development and a strong understanding of banking and financial principles.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead end-to-end Salesforce FSC solution design, implementation, and configuration tailored to banking and financial services use cases.
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and recommend scalable FSC solutions aligned with industry best practices.
  • Design and implement data models and process models leveraging Salesforce FSC capabilities to support financial planning, forecasting, analysis, cost optimization, and revenue computation.
  • Customize Salesforce FSC, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud modules using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs.
  • Develop and optimize integration strategies for Salesforce with core banking systems, ERP, CRM, and third-party financial applications.
  • Apply strong knowledge of financial product models (e.g., loans, deposits, wealth management products, and customer portfolios) within FSC implementations.
  • Ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices, security guidelines, and performance optimization strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, developers, business analysts, and QA, to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance, solutioning expertise, and mentorship to junior team Skills & Experience :
  • 7+ years of Salesforce experience with at least 5+ years dedicated to Financial Services Cloud (FSC) implementations.
  • Strong domain expertise in Wholesale Banking and Retail Banking with a clear understanding of industry standards and regulatory frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience in :

1. Salesforce FSC, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.

2. Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs.

3. Data modeling and process modeling methodologies.

  • Proven track record of Salesforce integrations with financial systems (core banking, ERP, loan origination, payment gateways, etc.) and third-party applications.
  • In-depth understanding of financial concepts such as financial planning, forecasting, cost optimization, and revenue computation.
  • Ability to analyze complex requirements, design scalable solutions, and deliver results within tight timelines.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to bridge technical and business teams Qualifications :
  • Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Consultant Certification or equivalent.
  • Experience with Salesforce Shield, Einstein Analytics, and Tableau CRM for financial reporting and compliance.
  • Exposure to Agile methodologies and DevOps practices in Salesforce environments.
  • Experience working with global teams in distributed delivery model
