Role : ERP Implementation Specialist
This role is responsible for leading the development, testing and implementation of assigned technical solutions (finance, sales, supply chain, or manufacturing) for the enterprise business systems Center of Excellence (COE).
Systems included ERP and ISV applications such as finance, supply chain systems, etc.
Leads the coordination and development of the solutions in collaboration with project management to achieve defined performance and service level goals, KPIs and governance.
Leads the implementation of the solution in collaboration with the enterprise architect, guiding end-to-end business process flow.
Experience :
- 10+ years ERP implementations with progressive responsibility in development and optimization of critical business systems / applications including financial systems, ideally with publicly traded companies.
- 3+ years D365 functional implementation experience.
- 5+ years in a hands on :
- Bachelors degree in computer sciences or technical field, preferred.
- ITIL certification.
- Microsoft Technical FULLY COMPETENT :
- Deep technical knowledge of Essential Services ERP system, environment, supply chain management systems, and other enterprise-level essential service technical solutions and to advance the priorities and effectiveness of the organization's development and implementation of technical solutions.
- Broad knowledge of assigned ERP system functionality, including ISVs.
- Able to support the development and execution of multiple long-term (multi-year) complex technical projects using a variety of tools and methods, specifically related to infrastructure in a complex business, across all functional departments.
- In-depth knowledge of broad business management methods, budgeting, reporting, cost-benefit analyses in functional specialization.
- General understanding of the financial or operational challenges and requirements of a public company.
- General knowledge of Agile project management.
- Knows how to develop effective relationships with stakeholders and key business partners within and outside of IT in order to understand demand, strategic needs and to achieve goals.
- Broad knowledge of current SaaS, IaaS, PaaS platforms.
- Ability to lead the development of policies, procedures, standards and governance Able to develop cost-benefit analysis and return on investment information.
- Able to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical audiences, business partners, and others exercising sensitivity, tact and diplomacy with an emphasis on flexibility, customer service and professionalism.
