Job description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Farvision Executive with 2–5 years of hands-on experience in Farvision ERP. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day ERP operations, ensuring smooth workflow across departments, supporting users, and contributing to process optimization within the Farvision environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee day-to-day Farvision ERP operations across modules (Sales, CRM, Finance, Purchase, Inventory, Projects, HR, etc.).
  • Handle data entry, validation, and reporting to maintain accuracy and compliance.
  • Support end-users by resolving functional and technical issues related to Farvision ERP.
  • Generate, analyze, and share MIS reports, dashboards, and custom reports as per business needs.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for ERP enhancements, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
  • Ensure timely billing, invoicing, purchase orders, and payment tracking using Farvision.
  • Provide training and support to new team members on Farvision ERP processes.
  • Contribute to process improvements and ensure compliance with company policies.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • 2–5 years of proven hands-on experience in Farvision ERP.
  • Good understanding of real estate / construction business processes.
  • Strong knowledge of modules such as CRM, Sales, Finance, Projects, Purchase, and Inventory.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, reporting).
  • Ability to analyze data and generate insightful MIS reports.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

    • Qualifications

  • Graduate in Commerce / Management / IT / Finance (B.Com, BBA, MBA, BCA, MCA, etc.) or equivalent.
  • Prior work experience in real estate, construction, or related industries will be an added advantage.
