Key Responsibilities
Customer Interaction :
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers, and handle inbound calls for inquiries, support, or complaints.
Product / Service Promotion :
Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to generate interest and persuade customers to make purchases or schedule appointments.
Lead Generation & Follow-Up :
Identify customer needs, follow up on leads, and convert prospects into customers.
Customer Support :
Resolve customer issues, provide solutions, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Sales & Order Processing :
Process product orders and meet daily / weekly sales or engagement goals.
Data Management :
Maintain accurate call logs and update customer records, often using CRM software.
Reporting :
Document conversations, analyze trends, and report sales performance, leads, and other activities to supervisors.
Market Research :
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.

Communication :
