Key Responsibilities :
1. Business Development
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and targeted outreach in the architectural and interior design community.
- Build a strong pipeline of upcoming premium residential projects.
- Represent the brand at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums.
2. Relationship Building
Develop and maintain strong connections with architects, interior designers, and lighting consultants.Network within the premium residential segment to identify potential project opportunities.3. Project Sales
Present lighting concepts, designs, and product ranges to architects / interior designers and end clients.Collaborate with design teams to create customized lighting solutions for residential projects.Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and technical specifications.Negotiate terms and close project deals while ensuring profitability.4. Market Development
Conduct regular market visits to understand ongoing and upcoming residential projects.Keep updated on design trends, premium lighting innovations, and competitor offerings.5. Market Intelligence & Strategy
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.Share strategic insights with management for product positioning and growth Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.5-6 years of experience in project sales with focus on architects, interior designers, or high-end residential projectsStrong network within the architectural and interior design community.Good understanding of premium residential design trends and client expectations.Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship management skills.Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.ref : iimjobs.com)
