About the Role

At our Content studio, we dont just make ads. We build campaigns, digital films, TVCs, social-first content, IPs, and events that push culture forward. Our portfolio spans fashion, lifestyle, FMCG, entertainment, corporate, and digital with brands like Zomato, ITC Sunrise, T-Hub, Amazon Prime, Nikon, McDowells, Abhibus, PMJ Jewellers, Sattva, ASBL, and many more.

Were now looking for a Business Development professional who can match our speed and hustle while thinking creatively about partnerships and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a strong client pipeline across categories
  • Develop partnerships and strategic alliances to expand Atoms network
  • Own revenue targets and deliver regular growth reports
  • Work closely with Creative and Strategy teams to craft and deliver pitches
  • Negotiate, partner, and close deals that push both the brand and Atom forward

Required Skills

  • 25 years of experience in Business Development (agency / media / content background a bonus
  • Strong pitching and presentation skills
  • Track record of closing deals and hitting revenue goals
  • Ability to balance speed with detail and relationship-building with results
  • Culture
