Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and own all scientific activities within the assigned North & West regions.
  • Represent the organization in scientific programs, delivering lectures / presentations to healthcare professionals (HCPs).
  • Conduct and manage HCP E-engagement platforms driven by head office initiatives.
  • Partner with regional sales teams during fieldwork (face-to-face or E-calls with HCPs, as per company policy).
  • Facilitate unbiased exchange of scientific information between the company and the medical community.
  • Establish and strengthen collaborations with key opinion leaders (KOLs) through educational and scientific initiatives.
  • Identify, segment, and develop KOLs across therapeutic areas based on specialty, expertise, and academic interest.
  • Deliver Medical Information Services (MIS) support by equipping the sales team with scientific insights, handling physician queries, and providing updates on standard of care.
  • Continuously train and update the medical / product knowledge of field force, including onboarding of new recruits in collaboration with the training team.
  • Monitor and report scientific and competitive intelligence from the region to the Medical Affairs leadership for strategic alignment.
  • Ensure all medical and promotional activities adhere strictly to company policies, local regulations, and industry codes of practice.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as defined by the division head, based on organizational requirements.
