We are inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee (4A and 4B) – Mobility Process
Responsibilities
1. Team Leadership :
o Lead and manage a team of mobility analysts, ensuring operational excellence.
o Monitor team performance and compliance with mobility policies.
2. Mobility Operations :
o Manage complex relocation cases and resolve escalations.
o Ensure adherence to compliance standards and regulatory requirements.
3. Stakeholder Engagement :
o Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to streamline mobility services.
o Provide insights on trends and improvements in mobility processes.
4. Process Optimization :
o Identify inefficiencies in mobility workflows and implement solutions.
o Leverage analytics to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related fields.
- Relevant years of experience in mobility operations, with at least 1 year in leadership.
- Advanced knowledge of mobility systems and compliance.
