  • Cold calling to reach potential candidates, presenting opportunities with clarity and engaging effectively with individuals (Mandatory skill).
  • Resume screening, evaluating candidate qualifications and differentiating between suitable and unsuitable applications.
  • LinkedIn recruiting, utilizing professional networks to identify and engage with potential candidates actively.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, essential for conveying job information and interacting with applicants.
  • Talent pipeline management, creating a pool of engaged candidates to meet future recruiting needs for varied positions.
  • Job posting, crafting effective job descriptions and advertising openings on multiple platforms to attract suitable candidates.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing potential candidates through various channels and platforms.
