Our client, a fast-growing global investment platform, is looking to hire a Legal Counsel with 2–3 years of experience in Corporate Law, M&A, Private Equity, or Venture Capital. This is a full-time remote opportunity, offering deep exposure to venture finance, startups, and cross-border investment transactions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Support and manage legal processes for investments, exits, and corporate actions.
- Review and finalise transaction documents such as term sheets, shareholder agreements, and convertible instruments.
- Liaise with founders, investors, and legal teams to efficiently close deals.
- Ensure compliance with applicable corporate, securities, and foreign exchange laws.
