Front Desk Executive (FD)
Location : Delhi NCR (Gym Branches)
Department : Operations & Sales
Reports To : Branch Manager / Cluster Manager
Role Overview
The Front Desk Executive is the first point of contact for all gym members and visitors. The role involves handling client queries, managing daily front office operations, maintaining records, and actively supporting sales by converting walk-ins and inquiries into memberships.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service & Reception
- Greet members and visitors with a professional and friendly attitude.
- Handle incoming calls, walk-in inquiries, and WhatsApp / email queries.
- Provide accurate information about gym services, membership packages, and facilities.
- Sales & Lead Management
- Convert walk-ins and inquiries into paid memberships.
- Maintain and update lead follow-up trackers (via CRM / Google Sheets).
- Coordinate with the Sales Executive / Branch Manager for closing membership deals.
- Operations & Administration
- Manage front desk operations including attendance records, visitor logs, and access control.
- Ensure smooth check-in / check-out of members through the gym’s software / app.
- Handle billing, payment collection, and receipt issuance.
- Member Relationship & Retention
- Assist members with queries related to renewals, offers, and class schedules.
- Address and resolve customer grievances in a timely manner.
- Promote retention by ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Compliance & Reporting
- Maintain cash handling accuracy and daily sales reports.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, grooming standards, and operational SOPs.
- Share daily / weekly reports with Branch Manager and Cluster Manager.
Key Skills & Competencies
Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi mandatory).Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools).Sales orientation with persuasive ability.Problem-solving attitude and ability to work under pressure.Qualifications & Experience
Minimum Graduate / Diploma holder (any stream).0–2 years of experience in front desk, customer service, or sales (fitness industry preferred).Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.Performance KPIs
Monthly membership conversions from walk-ins / leads.Customer satisfaction & retention rate.Accuracy of reporting & cash handling.Timeliness and professionalism in handling queries.
