Job description

Experience : 37 years.

Shift Timing : 5 : 00 PM to 2 : 00 AM IST.

Location : Bangalore / Remote.

Responsibilities :

  • Design, configure, and manage Zscaler ZIA, ZPA, and ZCC solutions based on business requirements.
  • Define and implement global standards, policies, and procedures related to Zscaler deployments.
  • Provide support for L2 / L3 incidents and service requests, ensuring timely resolution within defined SLAs.
  • Act as an escalation point for complex Zscaler-related issues and participate in on-call rotations.
  • Develop and maintain architectural design documentation, configuration records, and SOPs.
  • Lead Proof of Concept (POC) efforts for Zscaler features and recommend adoption strategies.
  • Monitor the health and performance of Zscaler environments, ensuring service continuity and policy compliance.
  • Collaborate with IT Security, Infrastructure, and Application teams to align deployments with organizational goals.
  • Automate provisioning, configuration, and policy enforcement using tools such as Terraform (where applicable).
  • Support audits and compliance checks related to Zscaler access and policy configurations.
  • Stay updated with the latest Zscaler features, security trends, and best practices.
  • Assist in training and documentation efforts for support teams and stakeholders.

Skills required :

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience working with Zscaler technologies (ZIA, ZPA, ZCC).
  • Experience in deploying and managing Zscaler environments in enterprise setups.
  • Strong understanding of Zscaler policy creation, SSL inspection, web filtering, and authentication integration.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
  • Experience working in support environments, including handling tickets and escalations.
  • Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts clearly.
  • Exposure to integrations with tools like Azure AD, Okta, and endpoint management / EDR platforms.
  • Experience using Terraform or CI / CD pipelines for Zscaler configuration management and automation.
  • Familiarity with SD-WAN, firewall, or cloud security tools in a hybrid network environment.
