Exceeding regional targets (NB, renewal, STP, digitisation, product mix etc)Interact with the Bank Regional Officer and his / her team to ensure alignment towards Tata AIA in life insuranceEngage with customers to explain the products and promote the brandEnsure team is focused on Sales and support to all branches assigned.Drive local contests and engagements to engage teamsKeep track of all contests and initiatives launched – bank, other insurers and Tata AIA LifeMaintain a strong relationship with Regional Officer and Bank Branch manager - interact with them regularly to assess business status. Assign target to each KAM at a branch level – NB, renewal, STP, resolutions, special projects / initiatives undertaken, product mix.Ensure team is hands on with each branch and maintains a high engagement level with each memberTeam development and trainingRetention of high performing talentKeep ZH and National Head updated about on – ground activities by Bank and competitorsCustomer service
Ensure adequate customer service – grievance redressal, claim settlement, renewal etc.Risk Management
‘Own-up’ the risk of the function by developing a risk aware culture through participation in measurement, analysis and mitigation of risks associated with the respective function. This includes development of risk response processes, participation in contingency and business continuity programs and reporting of emerging risks with potential impacts. Also respond to risks highlighted by employees through formal / informal mechanisms and advice on various risk management issues within the organization and provide feedback. Participate in implementing risk mitigation plan through optimum resource allocation, monitoring and reporting on status.

Experience
