Leadership & Team Management :
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of junior structural engineers. Coordinate with the appointed structural Engineering Consultant and Peer reviewer.
- Provide strategic direction, technical guidance, and performance reviews for the structural team / consultant.
Project Management & Execution :
Manage structural engineering projects from concept through completion including scope definition, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, and regulatory authorities throughout the project lifecycle.Ensure timely delivery of engineering designs, plans, and documents within quality and cost parameters.Conduct technical reviews, quality assurance checks, and risk assessments for ongoing projects.Structural Design & Analysis :
Lead and review the development of structural design for buildings, retaining walls, and other structures.Oversee the preparation of detailed engineering calculations, load assessments, and finite element analysis using software tools (e.g., ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro, SAFE, RCDC).Validate design assumptions and methodologies against applicable international and local standards.Optimize structural systems and material.Client & Stakeholder Engagement :
Serve as the primary point of contact for all the stake holders on structural matters.Participate in design charrettes, pre-construction meetings, and construction progress meetings.Prepare and present technical reports, proposals, and recommendations to senior management through the appointed consultants.
