Job description

What you will enjoy doing

  • Responsible for supporting day to day office work, travel bookings, follows ups, vouchers, reminders.
  • Maintaining the daily / weekly / monthly schedule by preparing calendars; arranging meetings, conferences, teleconferences.
  • Maintains confidence and protects data by keeping information confidential.
  • Should be presentable & smart to deal with senior management & customers
  • File and update contact information of customers, suppliers and external partners
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Secures information by completing database backups.
  • Regular follow ups with Executive Director's reportees for assigned tasks
  • Generate Minutes of Meeting
  • Should be familiar with various office tools and learn to use AI tools to support high efficiency

Please note that this position is based out of our Mumbai Office.
