Job descriptionSupport Project Manager in developing proposals, budgets and bids and construction administration services. Conducts site surveys. Demonstrate understanding of how daily activities impact the icons. Actively pursue IDP completion and professional licensure or certification. Going through local codes and bye-laws Presentation skills, assist to PM's for presentation for India projects (Over a period of time) 15-18 years of experience. Bachelor's degree in Architecture. Proficient in CAD and Revit.
Primary Responsibilities
- Pass on to others what you have already learned.
- Keep Project Manager & Director informed of changes in scope or schedule.
- Delegate tasks and provide direction to junior staff.
- Lead the production team to create, assemble and issue client deliverables utilizing CAD, Revit, MicroStation, Sketchup or other medium.
- Provide corrections, revisions, red line changes and comments to junior staff.
- Coordinate work between staff and consultants.
- Revise drawings per RFI’s, bulletins and addendums
- Issue documents for bids and permits.
- Perform job site visits to review progress of construction; prepare and issue field reports.
- Implement ways to improve production methods
