About Client :

A leading beverage manufacturing company.

Experience - 8+ Years

Location - Cochin

Roles and Responsibility :

  • Drive secondary sales through VSO (Value Sales Opportunities).
  • Conduct regular reviews of salesmen s performance (daily, weekly, monthly).
  • Monitor productivity, attendance, and absenteeism to optimize workforce.
  • Ensure sales pipelines for salesmen, SS, and SUB D are ready to avoid delays.
  • Regularly check outlet targets and performance of channel partners.
  • Manage distribution and market expansion through SDE (Sales Development Executive).
  • Optimize sales routes (beat optimization) for better coverage.
  • Coordinate with Commercial, Logistics, and Marketing teams to solve market issues.
  • Create action plans to enter new markets.
  • Follow market working norms, ensuring 4 days of market presence each week.
  • Develop strategies to increase sales and visibility in retail stores.
  • Control expenses to stay within budget.
  • Build a strong, empowered team and identify high-potential leaders.
  • Ensure all team members follow company policies and ethical standards.
