Roles and Responsibility :
- Drive secondary sales through VSO (Value Sales Opportunities).
- Conduct regular reviews of salesmen s performance (daily, weekly, monthly).
- Monitor productivity, attendance, and absenteeism to optimize workforce.
- Ensure sales pipelines for salesmen, SS, and SUB D are ready to avoid delays.
- Regularly check outlet targets and performance of channel partners.
- Manage distribution and market expansion through SDE (Sales Development Executive).
- Optimize sales routes (beat optimization) for better coverage.
- Coordinate with Commercial, Logistics, and Marketing teams to solve market issues.
- Create action plans to enter new markets.
- Follow market working norms, ensuring 4 days of market presence each week.
- Develop strategies to increase sales and visibility in retail stores.
- Control expenses to stay within budget.
- Build a strong, empowered team and identify high-potential leaders.
- Ensure all team members follow company policies and ethical standards.
