Role Overview :
We are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager with a proven track record in selling AI-powered solutionsincluding conversational bots, predictive analytics, workflow automation, and smart integrations for mobile / web applications.
This role is ideal for a driven professional who can blend strategic sales execution with technical solutioning to accelerate growth in domestic and international markets.
Key Responsibilities :
- Own and drive revenue targets for AI Bot and Integration Solutions through new client acquisition and existing account expansion.
- Identify and nurture B2B opportunities by targeting decision-makers : CXOs, Heads of Product, CTOs, and Digital Transformation leads.
- Conduct consultative sales engagementsfrom solution discovery to closure, ensuring deep alignment between client needs and AI capabilities.
- Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Solution Architects, and Delivery Teams to co-create tailored proposals, RFPs, and proof-of-concept models.
- Maintain an active and qualified sales pipeline using CRM tools and periodic forecasting.
- Represent Mobiloitte at industry forums, webinars, and product demos to build visibility and brand authority in AI-led transformation.
Ideal Candidate Profile :
5 - 8 years of strong sales experience in AI Solutions / IT Services, preferably with a focus on Conversational AI, ML-based platforms, or AI-enhanced mobile / web apps.Hands-on experience in selling AI Bots, NLP / ML products, or AI-driven automation to enterprise clients.Excellent consultative selling, negotiation, and client management skills.Ability to work closely with technical teams to translate client needs into scalable AI solutions.Established network in BFSI, Healthcare, Retail, or Manufacturing sectors is highly desirable.Global market exposure (US, UK, UAE, Singapore) will be a strong advantage.Tech-savvy mindset with a clear understanding of AI trends, digital product lifecycle, and business ROI mapping.Why Join Mobiloitte?
