Job description

Objectives :

  • Interpret the diverse design library of House of Sunita Shekhawat into captivating communication designs for a global audience.
  • Create visual designs that reflect the brand's identity and ethos, emphasizing the brand’s roots in Indian design.
  • Represent the brand’s whimsical personality through mixed media, enhancing the existing library of artworks, animations, and digital assets.
  • Develop a comprehensive design approach to create a seamless brand experience across both online and offline channels

Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Conceptualize and design identity, branding, packaging, and logos for product launches, campaigns, events, and marquee moments.
  • Develop concepts and mood boards for brand, campaign, and product shoots, collaborating with photo-studio teams to bring these ideas to life.
  • Create master visual looks for brand campaigns that can be adapted across various print and digital formats.
  • Develop customer-centric communication materials, including retail and in-store collaterals, catalogues, digital newsletters, digital ads, and other brand assets, expanding the design vocabulary to enhance customer engagement and drive conversions.
  • Engage the social media community with dynamic creative assets such as animations, GIFs, filters, reels, and videos.
  • Realize brand / campaign / product shoot concepts and moodboards with the photo-studio teams.

    • Skills and experience :

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in design and visual creation.
  • Interest and curiosity about luxury retail brands, both Indian and international.
  • Passion for storytelling, with the ability to combine written and visual content effectively on digital platforms.
  • Ability to independently research, present, and execute original ideas.
  • Major in Communication Design from a reputed design school is a plus.
  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and all current design software.
  • Well-versed with commonly used sizes and guidelines across mediums - digital and print.
  • Relevant design experience in a luxury D2C brand is a bonus for this role.
