Function as a part of the International Business Division Team. The primary responsibility is to work with Senior Account Director to serve as a liaison between Hansa and its clients, with responsibility for team revenue, along with appropriate high levels of service to Clients.
OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES :
Project Management :
- Leading all responsibilities on project execution.
- Forming complete understanding of client’s research problem.
- Developing / localizing research instruments like screener, discussion guide, research stimulus materials, secondary market information to support project objective.
- Leading briefing and training of data collection teams
- Conducting In-depth Interviews, Focus Group Discussions, Ethnographies etc.
- Micro-level monitoring project of data collection and ensuing quality controls on the project.
- Identify issues and provide timely actionable solution to data collection team.
- Qualitative Data Analysis and Reporting insights to client.
Client Servicing :
