Job Description
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and oversee daily shift operations including picking, packing, dispatch, and team supervision
- Ensure adherence to operational KPIs – productivity, accuracy, and safety
- Lead, motivate, and manage on-ground teams to ensure high performance
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams like inventory, logistics, and customer support
- Drive process improvements and ensure compliance with SOPs
- Handle real-time operational challenges and provide effective resolutions
- Maintain shift reports, attendance, and operational dashboards
