Sales Executive – Food & Beverage / Hospitality
Role Overview :
A Sales Executive in this industry is responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients (e.g. hotels, restaurants, catering companies, distributors) and managing relationships with existing ones. The goal is to promote food and beverage products or services (like hotel banquet spaces, catering menus, supplier deals) to maximize profit.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across restaurants, hotels, cafes, and event venues.
- Manage B2B client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct market research to stay on top of F&B trends and competitors.
- Develop customized proposals and negotiate contracts.
- Coordinate with operations, culinary teams, and marketing to deliver consistent service.
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and F&B events to build a network and generate leads.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in F&B sales or hospitality sales (2–5 years minimum).Strong negotiation and communication skills.Understanding of food service operations, products, and trends.Ability to manage accounts and multitask under pressure.Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred.
