Job descriptionComprehensive Design Oversight : Manage all retail store design, SIS (Store-in-Store) design, and site development planning from initial concept to completion. End-to-End Project Management : Lead projects through all phases including : Schematic design development Property analysis and feasibility studies Design feasibility assessments Concept layout selection and optimization Material specification and sourcing Conceptual and detailed planning coordination Technical Coordination : Oversee MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) planning and integration Stakeholder Management : Coordinate with mall management and landlords (LL) for approvals and compliance Team Leadership : Direct and mentor project managers, providing guidance on construction detailing and technical execution Strategic Planning & Innovation Design Strategy Development : Formulate and implement comprehensive design strategies aligned with brand vision Resource Optimization : Ensure effective resource management through strategic forward planning Process Innovation : Streamline existing workflows and introduce innovative processes that support organizational objectives Sustainability Leadership : Evaluate, select, and implement new materials and sustainable design practices Quality Assurance : Maintain high standards across all design deliverables and project outcomes
Operational Excellence
Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with construction, operations, and brand teams
Budget Management : Oversee design budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions
Timeline Management : Ensure project milestones are met while maintaining quality standards
Compliance Management : Ensure all designs meet regulatory requirements and brand standards
